The two stainless steel serving trays (2-1/3 quarts each) can be removed revealing a stand alone warming tray (192-1/2 sq. in.). Keep casseroles warm right from the oven or heat up tasty hors d’oeurves. Capacity for 40 servings. No open flames. Adjustable thermostat with three temperature settings (Low 155° F, Med 175° F, and High 200° F). Keeps food at a safe serving temperature. Even heat distribution.
