Weight loss surgery patients will spend the first few months after surgery learning how to eat again. This kit features a health plate with serving sizes printed right on the plate which helps control food intake. Also included are two pre-measured 2-oz. portable plastic food containers and portable “shaker” plastic container. The 29-page guide lists the sequence of diet progression after surgery along with recommended and non-recommended foods for each stage of the post-surgery diet, suggestions on how to avoid common problems, sample menus, and tips on how to be more active.
