It provides superior pan-to-element contact on all types of ranges, including glass, ceramic, and solid element electric cooktops. Features 0.6 mm, 18/10 stainless steel construction. Cover knob and handles are made of tough, cool-to-touch phenolic and are oven safe up to 350°. 25-year limited warranty.
