The primary resource used in preparing bingo questions was Preventing Foodborne Illness: A Guide to Safe Food Handling by the USDA. Use either the preprinted cards included in the game, or the blackline master for a blank card to create your own cards. To fill in your own card, select 25 bingo words/phrases from the list of 32 printed at the bottom.
