PRODUCT DETAILS
This program is being used by educators, families, pediatricians, speech therapists, schools, day cares, and libraries in all 50 states and over 20 different countries to teach American Sign Language (ASL) vocabulary to children of all ages. The multisensory approach engages learners of all abilities. Each volume uses original music, delightful animation, and a multicultural cast of children who sign to make sign language easy and fun for everyone. The DVDs feature Rachel Coleman and cousins Alex Brown (who can hear) and Leah Coleman (who is deaf). In Volume 10, Alex and Leah are ready to start their day with you - viewers will learn songs and signs for all their daily activities, such as waking up, getting dressed, playing, cleaning up, and going to bed. Volume 11 has Rachel, Alex, Leah, and Hopkins the frog, taking viewers all around the town teaching signs and songs for playground activities, vehicles, places to go, and people to see. In Volume 12, Alex, Leah, Hopkins, and Rachel invite viewers to breakfast, lunch, and dinner and teach songs for cooking, eating, setting the table, and more favorite foods. Learning time is signing time in Volume 13, where viewers will join Alex and Leah for a day at school as they learn the signs and songs about things to do and see in the classroom.
