Watch the Rocket Plant grow from seed to bloom in less than two months, while the Polka-Dot Plants develop multicolored spots on their leaves. Students will learn how plants respond to light, temperature, water, humidity, and how plants use polymers to save water. Plus, when the project is done, students can take the plants home. Kit contains enough materials for 12 students: 24 biodegradable corn cup planters and dome terrarium lids, two packs of mustard seed, two packs of Polka-Dot Plant seed, 1 lb. of planting mixture, bag of water retention polymers, 12 student guides, and one teacher’s guide.
