Experts in the fields of psychology and social work complement the young people’s comments. A host leads viewers through the program as well as the forum, and provides additional information. Titles: Building and Maintaining Healthy Relationships (emphasizes importance of trust, honesty, communication, friendship, respect, consideration, support, intimacy, and acceptance), Recognizing Unhealthy Relationships (explores unhealthy relationships including possessiveness, manipulation, control, insecurity, depression, lying, dependency, anger, uneven effort, poor communication, blame, and baggage), and Abusive Relationships and Acquaintance Rape (signs of relationship abuse: self-esteem, control, manipulation, intimidation, verbal abuse, violence, stalking, and rape).
