Construct at least 16 different molecule models with 63 Styrofoam® balls! The following five are molecules that make up substances you can probably find right in or around your house: H₂0 (water), H₂O₂ (hydrogen peroxide), NaCl (table salt), CO₂ (carbon dioxide), and HCl (acid in cleaners). Complete instruction for these and 11 more: Diatomic Chlorine, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Magnesium Chloride, Ammonia, Methane, Ethane, Ethylene, Acetylene, and Propane. Kit includes 63 Styrofoam® balls (the elements to build from), 60 chenille stems to represent bonds, and complete instructions. Balls include: 34 Hydrogen (1"), 3 Nitrogen (1-1/2"), 11 Carbon (1-1/2"), 7 Oxygen (2"), 1 Sodium (2"), and 6 Chlorine (2-1/2"). Use only water-based paints and low-temp glues (not included). Grade 6 and up.
