Nasco’s Pro-Sect™ Bullfrog

A look at real frog anatomy without having to dissect means every student can be involved. The “hands-on/hands-off” Pro-Sect™ system displays a partially dissected 4"-5" bullfrog to study the anatomy of this common amphibian. The bullfrog is displayed in a transparent, liquid-filled plastic tray that is molded and sealed. Some of the internal organs such as the liver, heart, and veins and arteries have been injected with colored latex to identify their circulatory function. This durable display encourages hands-on study and includes a comprehensive instructional guide to assist teacher and students. Individual internal organs are identified on a transparent overlay for study or testing purposes.
