One culture each of sepia eye and dumpy wing. Mating these flies demonstrates the 9:3:3:1 ratio. Instructions and Drosophila manual included. Per set. Cultures are prepared the day of shipment. Eggs will be laid while in transit. If newly hatched flies are needed, schedule shipment two weeks in advance of preferred use date. If adult flies are dead or not present when your order is received, DO NOT DESTROY THE CULTURES. Living larvae or pupae may be present and should develop to the adult stage in a short time. Optimum culturing temperature is between 69° and 72° F. Please order at least one week in advance of shipment date so we can ensure larvae development in culture.
