Head contains an anatomically accurate reproduction of a human skull rendering the simulator radiopaque for added realism. Features: unequal pupils to signal internal head trauma, palpable fractures (open depressed skull fracture, Le Fort I and III, nasal fracture, bilateral mandibular fractures, and fracture of C-6 vertebra), hemotympanum, and deviated trach.
