A totally submerged tank heater that won’t melt or distort plastic tanks. Epoxy-enclosed wiring - never a leak or short. Heavy-duty automatic thermostat sealed in epoxy to stay clean and dry. Heavy plated cage keeps element away from tank and animals. Cycle comes on just above freezing and off about 44 degrees. 6-ft. cord has plastic cord guard. Suitable for tanks of any size. Heavier-gauge steel cage. Measures 13" x 5-1/2" high. Recommended for use in poly tanks.
