Making fresh flour is easy with this “back-to-basics” grain grinder! Quickly and easily grinds and mills wheat, corn, rice, oats, barley, peppercorns, herbs, and spices. Adjustable from fine to coarse texture. Simply mount on table or countertop with positive clamping screw. Fill hopper with ingredient to be ground, select desired texture, then turn the handle. Make flour more rapidly and with less power – 1 cup of fine flour per minute and more than twice that quantity on coarse setting. Compact, lightweight design. 11-1/2" x 5" x 2".
