Embossing powder is a thermographic resin that melts when heated to create a raised surface to images that are rubber stamped or printed. To use embossing powder, first print your image with pigment-based ink, sprinkle the powder over the surface until the image is completely covered, and tap off excess. 8-oz. jar.
