Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your order the most economical way, unless you request a particular method of shipment. COD charges are additional. Please include telephone number and name of person to be contacted by the transportation company in order to attempt delivery.
Generally, orders received on a business day by 11 am (CT) will ship within 48 hours
(excluding truck freight and live materials).
Regular or Small Parcels
Most orders will be shipped using UPS or Parcel Post.
Large Parcels
Your order will be shipped by truck if it is too heavy; if it exceeds the size limit for UPS or Parcel Post; or if regular methods of shipment would be too costly. Please call us for a freight estimate.
 Truck Icon
This icon indicates that additional shipping charges apply. Items with this designation require higher shipping charges than typical UPS rates due to size and special handling requirements by the shipping company. Call Nasco at 1-800-558-9595 for more information.
Hazardous Handling Surcharge
Because of U.S. Department of Transportation and freight carrier regulations, you may be assessed a special handling surcharge for products classified as "hazardous." Carriers now charge $12.00 per carton for "hazardous" items requiring special handling. These products are indicated in the catalog underneath the product description, usually designated by a diamond symbol next to the catalog number. Whenever possible, like items will be shipped in a single carton. However, shipping more than one type of hazardous material in a single carton is prohibited, which may subject you to additional charges.
Fastrak
Shipping in 2 Weeks or Less...Guaranteed!
Fastrak items are guaranteed to be shipped within two weeks or less when they meet the following criteria:
• Fastrak items must be clearly noted on purchase orders when being ordered with other items from Nasco; or purchase order must contain only Fastrak items.
• Call for delivery dates on larger quantities (30 or more tables of one kind or seven or more cabinets of one kind).
Shipping Methods
Ground Service
Delivered by UPS, Priority Mail, Parcel Post or by truck freight for large shipments. This is your least expensive choice and the default choice on the shopping basket.
Next Day Air
Delivered by UPS next day air service -- next business day after shipment, at additional cost compared to Ground.

Second Day Air
Delivered by UPS second day air service -- second business day after shipment, at additional cost over Ground, but less than Next Day Air. No Saturday deliveries.
Three Day Select
Delivered by UPS -- third business day after shipment, at additional cost compared to Ground, but less than Second Day Air.
No Saturday deliveries.
Truck Freight
Used for large shipments and special large or heavy items. Since this shipping cost varies depending upon location being shipped to, the final shipping costs cannot be calculated precisely. To obtain an estimate, please call Customer Service at 1-800-558-9595.
